In consideration of services to be performed checking Probate Courts, Harvey E. Morse, P.A. agrees to pay the undersigned the sum of five (5%) percent of the amount that our firm retains as its net fee, from cases first brought to our attention by the undersigned. Said fee is to be paid in full at the same time our fee is received. Actual copying costs and long distance calls, if any, will be reimbursed monthly based upon receipts. The undersigned agrees not to provide probate information to any competitive firm, directly or indirectly, nor to engage in the business of locating missing heirs to estates for a period of one (1) year from the date this agreement is terminated.
