Our goal at Kronhaus Law Firm, P.A. is to help light the way for our clients to properly plan for life's inevitable transitions. However, in the event that the planning was never done, we are also here to help in any way we can when you or your family is faced with a crisis, such as incapacity or the death of a parent.
We understand that in many circumstances, adult children live far away from Mom and Dad and don't know who to call for the variety of services that may be needed by their parents. We serve as a resource for the other life care services that may be needed in Central Florida, through our association with the Eldercare Channel. We try to be as flexible as possible scheduling appointments, in case you will only be visiting Central Florida for a short time. In many instances, the initial teleconference to determine what legal services are necessary can be done by a scheduled teleconference or video conference with Attorney Kronhaus.
Our office provides a friendly, residential atmosphere that is handicap accessible. We pride ourselves in treating our clients as guests in our office (home away from home) and welcoming them each with a selection of coffees, teas, sodas, and water. Julie W. Kronhaus, the founding attorney of the Firm, has devoted her law career to estate planning, probate, trust administration, and elder law.
The staff has experience in assisting clients who may have never hired a lawyer before and are in the midst of a full blown family crisis, such as transitioning to the assisted living/nursing home or figuring out what needs to be done first after a relative's death. Caring for a loved one in life, and their estate after death, can be overwhelming, we are here to light the legal path.
If we can help in any way please call us at (407) 645-5477 or send an email directly to Julie W. Kronhaus at j.kronhaus@att.net.
